To view a list of created TBAR Events, click the VIEW TBAR EVENTS button on the TBAR Menu.
Mclowd displays a list of created events and provides a variety of filter options to enable you to select the events you wish to view.
You can select to view:
- Only events relating to a specific Fund,
- Only events relating to a specific member account:
- And/or only events that occurred in a selected financial year:
You can, optionally, further narrow the list by selecting to view only events that occurred in a specific quarter or quarters of a financial year. Select the quarter or quarters you wish to include by placing a check in the relevant box:
- Specify reports to include by status, checking relevant boxes to indicate whether to include or exclude reports that are pending, were filed manually, have been deleted, have been assigned to a generated file, or have been cancelled.
Click the FILTER button to filter the list on the specified criteria.
Mclowd displays the filtered list.
The list notes the Effective Date of each report, the affected Fund and Member Account, the Event Code, the report status, and the Amount.
Edit and Delete links are provided to enable you to amend reports or delete a report.
Clicking the Edit link opens the original saved Add TBAR Event Form, completed except for the Event Status field, which you need to update.
You can optionally make other changes to the Form before pressing SAVE DETAILS to save the amended form.
Click the Delete link to delete a record. Mclowd displays a request for confirmation.
Click OK to delete the record.
Your View TBAR Events, the deleted record displays with “Delete” status indicator. You can now optionally Remove the event entry from the list, effectively deleting it permanently.
Fortunately, if you delete a report in error, it can be recovered by clicking Edit, updating the Event Status, and Saving again.
