Practitioner Edition

1.1.1 The Mclowd Practitioner Edition User Manual

Welcome to Mclowd’s Practitioner Edition User Manual.

This manual is designed to assist SMSF professionals to maximize the benefits of the Mclowd software for managing multiple Funds.

Many of the features of the Practitioner Edition replicate features of the Trustee version of the software, however Chapters 1 and 2 of the Practitioner Edition Manual are specific to the Practitioner Edition only.

Chapters 3 through 13, a series of ”How do I…” and ”Why am I seeing…?” pages, and the Marketplace Manual replicate sections in the Trustee Edition and may occasionally contain instructions and/or screenshots that do not match the Practitioner Edition exactly. The instructions in these sections will, however, be generally equally applicable to the Practitioner Edition. Should you encounter difficulties at any time, or have concerns about the accuracy of instructions, please contact our support team.

Chapters 1 and 2 are intended to provide an overview of the following processes:

  • Signing Up
  • Signing In
  • Using the Dashboard
  • Establishing a New SMSF
  • Migrating an Existing SMSF
  • Setting User Permissions
  • Switching between Funds
  • Archiving Funds
  • The Practitioner Settings Menu
  • Managing your Practitioner Account with Mclowd
  • Working with the Centralized Transaction Screen
  • Processing Transactions

Your feedback on both the software and this User Manual will assist the Mclowd Team to ensure the product meets your specific needs, and in due course replicates all of the ease of use and functionality you have come to expect from incumbent products.

We look forward to, and thank you for your participation in the Community.
