2.6 Getting Started: Feedback

The Mclowd team loves feedback. A fast growing and highly engaged user community is our most valuable asset. User feedback helps us to drive constant improvement in the software, as well as to identify the support services you need to drive maximum efficiency in the management of your SMSF.

Mclowd screens may display a FEEDBACK link in the lower right corner if you are subscribed to the Pro or Premium Version.
The Feedback Link

Clicking the Feedback link at any time opens  window in which you can type a message to the Mclowd team about your user experience relative to the screen you are working on.

The Feedback Dialog

If you are using the Free Forever version and wish to offer feedback, you can do so by clicking the HELP tab and selecting the Feedback option on the right, or by going to https://www.mclowd.com/support/feedback/

Please note that while Mclowd greatly appreciates notification of any suspected bug or software malfunction, and loves feature suggestions, technical support is free only for users subscribed to the the Pro or Premium Version. Users of the Free Forever version will be assisted free only where their issue arises from a software fault or malfunction. For information about upgrading to Pro or Premium, please go to  https://www.mclowd.com/plans-and-pricing-trustees/ or https://www.mclowd.com/plans-and-pricing-practitioners/

Please feel free to report any suspected malfunction, or to make suggestions for improved intuitiveness or added features. Your valuable feedback will assist our ongoing drive to make Mclowd the best SMSF software available, and the perfect management solution for your SMSF.

Feedback on this manual is also most welcome, thank you.
