Code prefixes in front of transaction descriptions

Mclowd Transaction Entries are Prefixed to indicate the specific transaction type.

When viewing the Centralised Transaction Screen, transactions listed in detailed views accessed from Accounting, and certain other views and reports, Transaction Types are indicated with alpha prefixes along with numerical reference codes.

These codes help you identify the source and type of the transaction.

When viewing the Centralised Transaction Screen, you can search on Journal ID to find specific transactions, or all transactions of a particular type (by typing the transaction code – e.g. EX, IN, AQ, MR, PAY, etc.
